Dragonflies

 This is a watercolour painting of three dragonflies. For the wings on each dragonfly they have contrasting colours such as the blue and the orange. In the background I have used the same colours to create some blobs and splatters to fill in some of the space. I added some highlights with white gel pen on the bodies of the dragonflies and used fine liner to outline them.
