Urchin Stack

This is a watercolour painting of a stack of urchin shells. I have used harmonious colours all throughout the painting and used warm metallic watercolours over the writing at the bottom for some variation and contrast. I used a fine liner and a white gel pen to make smaller details on the shells and to make some bubbles in the background.
